S.H.E. Sparks Change: See Her Empowered

In this course, girls will explore the concepts of diversity and inclusion and their impact on social change. Through fun, interactive activities, girls will walk away with the ability to talk about differences, increase their empathy and understanding of others, and grow their self-esteem.

Table Talk: Ponytails and Puberty

During this course girls will explore ways to cope with the changes happening in their pre-teen years by reviewing the biological reproductive system, defining healthy relationships, and discussing the importance of healthy personal choices. Girls will participate in fun, interactive activities related to physical, mental and emotional health that address the unique challenges of a pre-teen girl.

Sisters Succeed in STEM

During this course, girls will build valuable STEM skills by participating in a variety of fun activities that will encourage their curiosity and design thinking. Girls explore STEM careers and hear directly from female STEM professionals.

Girls Speak: The Power of Voice

During this course, girls will sharpen their literacy skills by taking a deep dive into today’s popular culture. Girls will read about, write about, and discuss everything from TikTok to Billie Eilish to anime. Girls will walk away with confidence in their ability to analyze the world around them and communicate their point of view effectively.

#Trending – Social Media Savvy for Today’s Modern Tween

During this course girls will explore a variety of media available to them, learn to deconstruct hidden messages and question the narrow definition of beauty, and look at influencers, brands, logos, and other marketing tools used to shape how we define ourselves and our own personal brands.
