Community Based Programs

Our community based programs empowers girls aged 6-18 through engaging and relevant programming in schools, community centers, and beyond.

At Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas, we are committed to delivering age-appropriate, engaging programming for girls ages 6–18, from elementary through high school. To keep girls actively involved, we offer relevant and meaningful programs in schools, community centers, and partner organizations—equipping girls with the knowledge and skills to thrive as they grow. Programs are available during the school day and after school.

Our programming supports girls’ development across a range of important topics, including:

  • Positive body image and self-confidence

  • Managing stress and building healthy coping strategies

  • College awareness and readiness

  • Career exploration and leadership development

  • Financial literacy and informed decision-making

  • Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM)

  • Health and wellness, including safe and healthy relationships
