Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas Welcomes New Board Leadership to Spearhead Ambitious Growth Initiative for Fiscal Year 2025

DALLAS, TX – Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas (GIMD) is proud to announce the appointment of new board members and officers for fiscal year 2025. This dynamic team will play a crucial role   in driving the organization forward through increased visibility, community partnerships, and the expansion of Girls Inc.’s life-changing programs.

Newly elected Board Officers include Stephanie Zapata Moore,  EVP & General Counsel for Vistra Corporation as GIMD Board Chair for her second term. Jamie Lavin Buzzard, Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase as GIMD Chair-Elect. LeeAnn Hinkle, a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers as GIMD Treasurer, and Maureen Kelly Cooper, President and Founder of Castlegregory as GIMD Corporate Secretary.

Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas also welcomes six new board members, including: Alison Boren, Attorney with Sidley Austin LLP, Melinda Chausse, Senior Executive Vice President at Comerica Bank, former business owner, Yvette DeGannes, April Pinder, Attorney at US Bank, Bhaskar Reddy, Managing Director at Ernst & Young, and D’Jameal Rounsoville, Managing Director for Southwest Airlines.
