Paige Smith is the Director of Special Programs and Recruitment and helps to plan, oversee, and coordinate all aspects of The Eureka STEM and Bold Futures mentoring programs. She has eight years of experience in the youth development field where she was responsible for strategic planning, programs, operations, and fundraising. Before joining Girls Inc. of Dallas, Paige was the Executive Director at the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club of Shreveport where she helped create the organizations capacity to impact the social, emotional, and mental health of the youth in the community. Paige believes that it’s her moral obligation to help youth become their best selves’ and is thrilled she can do that in her current role. Paige received her Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Exercise Science from Louisiana Tech University. Currently, she is working on her Ed.D in Leadership Studies with a supporting area of interest in Nonprofit management at Louisiana State University Shreveport.
