Harmony Through H.E.R. – Honor, Empathy, Reform
In this course, girls will explore the concepts of diversity and inclusion as they relate to social justice through engaging in group discussions, analysis of current events, and sharing of personal experiences. Girls will participate in fun, interactive activities to strengthen their confidence and communication skills while bonding with other girls their age in a safe, girls-only environment.

H.O.T. Topics: Healthy Sexuality, Open Dialogue, Tech Platform
During this course girls will develop a solid foundation for taking charge of their bodies. Girls will review the biological reproductive system, define healthy relationships, and discuss the importance of making healthy personal choices. Girls will participate in fun, interactive activities related to physical, mental and emotional health that address the unique challenges of a teenage girl.

During this course girls will explore a variety of media available to them, learn to deconstruct hidden messages and question the narrow definition of beauty, and look at influencers, brands, logos, and other marketing tools used to shape how we define ourselves and our own personal brands.
