Jaime is passionate about promoting education, programs, and public policy that empower women and girls facing adversity. She is a caring and compassionate leader that demonstrates an outstanding ability to think strategically and collaborate across sectors to positively impact the lives of those living in under-resourced communities.

Jaime serves as the Vice President of Advancement for Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas, one of the largest affiliates in a network of 77 across North America inspiring all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Girls Inc. provides a combination of long-lasting mentoring relationships, a pro-girl environment and research-based programming equips girls to lead fulfilling and productive lives, break the cycle of poverty, and become role models in their community. In her role, Jaime provides strategic direction and support to advance the organization’s growth goals including fund development, communications, marketing, events, and advocacy.

Prior to joining the Girls Inc. team, Jaime served as the Executive Director of a statewide nonprofit in Colorado leading efforts to make care safer and more equitable for women and infants. She led the organization to significant growth in revenue, staff, and programs. Jaime has served in nonprofit and healthcare executive leadership roles with a focus on strategic planning, business development, resource management, operations, and finance. Jaime has worked for a variety of nationally recognized organizations where she has been invited to represent this work on multiple state and national platforms.

Jaime earned her Master of Public Health in Management and Policy from UCLA and her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Jaime is an active philanthropist, volunteer, and advocate for women and girls. She currently serves as a Board Member and Board Treasurer for 2020 Mom, a national organization working to improve maternal mental health, and enjoys mentoring her Big Brothers Big Sisters “little sister” of 12 years, Mary. Jaime and her husband Stelios live in North Texas with their two rescue dogs.
