Beth Myers, MSW, Chief Executive Officer brings over 25 years of nonprofit experience and a wide range of leadership expertise to guide the Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas organization forward to help girls grow up to be healthy, educated, successful, and independent women.

Beth is passionate about serving her community and helping those who have been deprived of the opportunity to succeed. This intense drive paired with her abilities to tackle challenges head on; build consensus, teamwork, and support at the local and national level; create strong connections across the community; and effectively manage fiscal and operational aspects of this role make her a strong leader for GIMD going into our 50th anniversary year and beyond.

Most recently Beth served as Vice President of Consulting and Education for the Center for Nonprofit Management, (CNM) headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Previous to this position, Beth was the Senior Vice President of Network Impact for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America where she was responsible for overseeing organizational support, compliance, child safety, education and training for a network of 334 independent affiliates. For nearly 10 years prior, Beth served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of a Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) affiliate, BBBS of South Texas. Under her leadership, the organization grew to become one of the largest affiliates in the nation.
