In her role as VP of Finance, Sabrina gets to experience the intersection of two things that she simply loves:  serving others while overseeing the financials of the organization.  Sabrina’s aways been curious, looking for patterns between data and strategic decisions which she did for almost 30 years at AT&T.  She’s excited to offer her expertise in Finance, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and leadership to Girl’s Inc.

In her prior role as AT&T CFO Director for the Senior VP of Finance Services, her team partnered with organizational leaders responsible for transforming the cash & operating expenses for Billing, Credit & Collections, Fraud, Payroll, & Business Operations.  Over the course of her career, she also led teams responsible for Customer Experience & Advanced Analytics, Business Channel Marketing & Product Delivery, Capital Management Financial Reporting & Analysis, and Sales Operations.  Her experiences earned her the 2021 BEYA STEM Science Spectrum Trailblazer & 2017 Women of Color STEM Technology Rising Star Awards.

Sabrina has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & a Master of Business Administration from the School of Business and Industry at Florida A&M University.  She’s a life learner, earning Cornell University’s Data Driven Marketing Certificate in 2017 and McKinsey’s Accelerator Management program in 2021 and having passed the CPA exam in St. Louis while completing AT&T’s Leadership Development Program.

She’s always made room for volunteerism earning the Bronze U.S. Presidential Volunteerism Service Award in 2016 and 2017. Over the course of her career, she’s volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters in St. Lous, lead Junior Achievement in San Antonio, and most recently was VP of Education for AT&T’s Women of Finance employee resource group in Dallas.  Sabrina’s served 2 years on the board of Chamberlain Ballet and has been co-leader of her daughter’s Girl Scout troop for 3 ½ years.

She enjoys traveling and watching U.S. women’s tennis with her husband and also seeing things grow:  gardens, her daughter, her community, financial impact, etc.

Sabrina has a unique blend of critical thinking, analytical expertise, marketing prowess, and years of experience leading teams in making data-driven, transformative strategic decisions and is thrilled to have this opportunity to join Girls Inc. in equipping girls to become strong, smart, and bold and by doing so – change the world!
